The FE Civil Exam Academy was built with one goal: to prepare you to pass the NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Civil exam. We are so confident in the quality and comprehensiveness of our 93-video course — covering all 14 NCEES knowledge areas — that we back it with a Pass Guarantee.

 

Pass Guarantee

If you meet all eligibility requirements below and do not pass the FE Civil exam, we will provide you with one of the following remedies at your election:

 

  • Full free access to the course for your next exam attempt, or
  • A full refund of your course purchase price.

 

Students who complete all course content and module assessments have the preparation needed to succeed on the FE Civil exam.

 

Guarantee Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Pass Guarantee, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

 

  1. Completion of 100% of all 93 published course lessons as tracked in Thinkific.
  2. Score of 80% or higher on all module assessments within the course.
  3. Completion of all bonus practice materials included in the course.
  4. Documented proof of FE Civil exam attempt from NCEES (official score report).
  5. Exam attempt must occur within 12 months of course enrollment date.
  6. Guarantee claim submitted within 30 days of receiving your official NCEES exam results.

 

How to Submit a Guarantee Claim

To submit a Pass Guarantee claim, email [email protected] with the subject line: FE Civil Pass Guarantee Claim, and include the following:

 

  • Full name and account email address
  • Thinkific course completion certificate showing 100% completion
  • Documentation showing 80% or higher scores on all module assessments
  • Official NCEES score report showing exam attempt
  • Your elected remedy: free repeat access or full refund

 

We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Approved repeat access is granted immediately upon verification.

 

General Sales Policy

Outside of the Pass Guarantee, all sales are final. We encourage prospective students to review the free preview lessons available on our course landing page before purchasing to ensure the course is the right fit.

Launch Special — $200 Rebate Program

As part of our Launch Special, the first 100 students to enroll in the FE Civil Exam Academy are eligible to receive a $200 rebate upon completing the course and submitting our feedback survey. This program is limited and will not be repeated after the first 100 enrollments.

 

To qualify for the Launch Special rebate, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

 

  1. Student must be among the first 100 enrollees during the launch period.
  2. Completion of 100% of all 93 published course lessons as tracked in Thinkific.
  3. Submission of the complete FE Civil Exam Academy Feedback Survey (all required questions answered).
  4. Survey must be submitted within 120 days of enrollment date.
  5. One rebate per student. Not transferable.

  • Confirmation of survey submission (your survey response email or screenshot)
  • Your preferred payment method: PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle

 

Rebates are processed within 14 business days of verified submission. FE Civil Exam Academy reserves the right to use anonymized or attributed survey responses for marketing purposes, subject to consent given in the survey. This program may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
