These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website fecivilexamacademy.com and the online course services offered by Regentra Group LLC, operating as FE Civil Exam Academy ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a course. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access course content, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share your account credentials with others or allow anyone else to access course content using your account. Each course license is for a single user.

3. Course Access and License

Upon purchasing a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for personal, non-commercial use for one (1) year from the date of enrollment.

You may not:

- Share, distribute, transmit, or reproduce any course content

- Download, record, or save course videos for redistribution

- Use course content to create a competing product or service

- Sell, sublicense, or transfer your access to another person

- Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from course content

All course content, including videos, written materials, assessments, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Regentra Group LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright law.

4. Payment

Course pricing is displayed on the course landing page at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.

All payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store complete payment card information on our systems.

Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.

5. Refunds and Course Policies

Our course refund policy, including any course-completion-based remedy programs, extended access policies, and promotional discount terms, is published on our Policies page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Outside of any policies expressly stated on our Policies page, all sales are final.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Use the services for any unlawful purpose

- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right

- Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

- Interfere with or disrupt the services or any servers or networks connected to the services

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the services or any account belonging to another user

- Use any automated means to access or scrape the services

- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the services or course content, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the services at your own risk.

The course is an educational product. Course content is for instructional purposes only. We do not represent that completion of the course will produce any specific outcome on any examination or in any professional context.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regentra Group LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the course in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Regentra Group LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

10. Modifications to the Services and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the services at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the services or by email. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the services ends, but provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Regentra Group LLC regarding the services and supersede any prior agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
