By enrolling in the FE Civil Exam Academy, you agree to the following terms:
General Sales Policy All sales are final. Outside of the Pass Guarantee described below, no refunds will be issued after purchase. We encourage prospective students to review the free preview lessons available on our course landing page before purchasing to ensure the course is the right fit.
Pass Guarantee If you complete 100% of all 93 published course lessons, score 80% or higher on all module assessments, and still do not pass the NCEES FE Civil exam, you are eligible for one of the following at your election: full free access to the course for your next exam attempt, or a full refund of your course purchase price.
To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met: (1) Completion of 100% of all 93 published course lessons as tracked in Thinkific. (2) Score of 80% or higher on all module assessments. (3) Documented proof of FE Civil exam attempt from NCEES. (4) Exam attempt within 12 months of enrollment. (5) Guarantee claim submitted within 90 days of receiving official NCEES results.
